Stopped in for a quick bite while visiting Malden, I got a turkey sub and my friends got a burger and a steak bomb. The food was ready fast and really great. Meat was cooked perfect. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and overall the service was phenomenal. Definitely worth the stop!

Tried this place this morning. PERFECTION!! So I went with the beef stew and Mac & cheese. Both were wonderful and they didn't skimp on the amount or flavor. I sat at the counter and chatted with Julie who is such a pleasure to chat with. The prices are great and I highly recommend it. I wish I took pictures before I ate but just couldn't wait. Will be a repeat customer. Thank you Elmwood for a great breakfast and the great comfort food.

My breakfast was delicious that I went back two days in a row and ordered something different. The service was awesome, the staff is friendly as well as the customers that are eating or waiting for there food. I will be having breakfast here often.

Good little spot to get some food, convenience store needs and play some Keno. The workers are very nice. You can tell it's the neighborhood store that they take pride in treating people in that very appreciating the customer kind of way. They probably know everybody by the first name

Grew up on Cedar st. 90s. Elmwood is the go-to spot for everything. The Heitin family owned it for what seems like forever, great people too. Hope you guys are all well! Glad to hear Elmwood is still the place to be! -J.R.
